IN THE MEDIA

My work and resources are derived from evidence-based research, collected from nationally and internationally funded empirical studies. I do not aim to invent the wheel. I pull material from the top specialists and researchers in the world in order to provide my clients with the best resources currently available. I read books, attend trainings, work and case-consult with other specialists, and remain current on my required annual Continuing Education Units in order to continue expanding upon my own skills as a provider. In my work with you, my goal is not for you to become dependent on me to solve all of your problems. I aim to offer you the best support, tools and resources so that you may easily adapt them into your own life and become a stronger problem solver, more emotionally in tune with your needs, and ultimately a more resilient and content individual. In sessions, we get down and dirty- there is little I haven’t heard, so you can feel safe to drop some of the hardest truths on me. I can sit in the struggle with you for as long as you need. Let's do this.
