I am available wherever you are
I offer talk-therapy over confidential, encrypted video-link,
phone or chatroom. This means that you can access me from
anywhere in the world and our talk times are flexible! You can
chat from your living room to your hotel room (or even from
you car while your kiddo is in soccer practice!). All you need is
Wifi or phone signal. There's no minimum commitment but I
do offer a discount for more sessions booked up front.
I work on your terms
I tailor my approach to ensure each session fits your needs. In
our initial session we will create a shared understanding of
what has brought you to therapy and a detailed plan for
ongoing involvement. I believe in therapy being practical,
resulting in you having the skills you need to create positive
change in your life. So, some people need an hour once a week,
others need 30 minutes several times a week. Some need daily
check-ins and others just need a good booster session once in
a while. Let’s set a plan that best fits your needs together.

most suitable for your needs.
